The GEM Rewards program is our member’s rewards program, and gives you an opportunity to enjoy a whole range of rewards when you are in the club. GEM rewards works like any other points program—the more you spend, the more points you earn, and the more rewards you can claim.
DO I GET DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Your GEM membership card gives you discounts when you use it to purchase food and beverage when paying by points. Your discount depends on which GEM level you are on. Does not apply for TAB, Keno and Bottleshop.
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?
When you make a purchase in the Club, let the staff member know you want to use your GEM rewards by presenting your membership card at any point of sale inside the club. Excludes TAB sales.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
By using your GEM Membership card in any of the following areas in the club; gaming machines, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, bottle-shop and Keno.
HOW MANY GEM REWARDS ARE THERE?
Gem Rewards is a four level tier system with each tier offering special benefits at each level.
GEM LEVELS
DAILY BONUS
A Daily Bonus will be automatically added to your account when you swipe your membership card in The Kiosk at either entrance to the Club.
BIRTHDAY BONUS
All members of GEM Rewards will get a Birthday Bonus. The amount of your bonus will depend on your GEM level. For example, Diamond Members will get a $75 Birthday Bonus.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH LEVEL YOU ARE ON?
Simply ask at reception or enter your card into the Entrance Kiosk or Gaming Machine. You can check your rewards balance the same way.
HOW DO YOU MOVE UP LEVELS?
Each month, your GEM rewards will be reviewed and your GEM level will be adjusted accordingly.
HOW DO YOU MOVE DOWN LEVELS?
Points will be reviewed every 6 months (January & July) and levels will be adjusted accordingly.
