Monday & Wednesday | 10.00am – 11.00pm
Tuesday & Thursday | 9.30am – 11.00pm
Friday & Saturday | 10.00am – 12.00am midnight
Sunday | 11.00am – 11.00pm
When is the Coral Sea Restaurant open?
The Coral Sea is open 7 days a week.
Monday – Sunday LUNCH | 12.00pm noon – 2.00pm
Monday – Sunday DINNER | 6.00pm – 8.30pm
Does the RSL have takeaway meals?
Yes we do Chinese and Thai takeaway 7 days a week between 5.45pm and 8.15pm.
Do you take phone orders for takeaway?
No we don’t do phone orders. Customers can place their orders in person at the coffee shop.
What are your raffle times?
At the RSL we have Raffles and Member’s Cash Draws.
Member’s Cash Draws, three draws every Sunday and Wednesday:
- Sundays | 5.30pm, 6.00pm & 6.30pm
- Wednesdays | 6.00pm, 6.30pm & 7.00pm
- Monster Raffle every Friday night | 6.30pm
- Pambula Surf-lifesaving Club Raffle every Wednesday night | 6.00pm
- Merimbula Diggers AFL Football Club every Sunday | 5.30pm
When is Bingo?
We have Bingo every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
- Tuesday | Free Bingo, eyes down 10.00am
- Thursday | Cash Bingo, eyes down 10.30am
- Sunday | Cash Bingo, eyes down 1.30pm
Make sure you arrive early and save your spot because it’s always busy at the Bingo tables!
When is the child minding centre open?
The RSL has fully-supervised free child minding seven days a week.

- Tuesday | 9.30am – 1.30pm & 5.30pm – 10.00pm
- Wednesday | 5.00pm – 10.00pm
- Thursday | 9.30am – 2.00pm & 5.30pm – 10.00pm

Hours are extended during school holidays so please phone us on 6495 1502 to confirm times.
When is Trivia Night?
We have a Trivia Night every Thursday starting at 7.00pm.
When is Poker Night?
We have Poker Night every Tuesday from 7.00pm. Please Note: Poker will not be running over the Christmas period – but back up and running on 10 January
When does the courtesy bus run?
The RSL courtesy bus runs every night over the holiday period to MERIMBULA & TURA BEACH locations. You can view the full timetable by following this LINK. During holiday periods we increase the days the bus is running, so please call us or follow us on Facebook to keep up to date.
Do you need to book the courtesy bus?
Yes bookings are essential, you can phone us on 6495 1502 to make a booking.
Is the courtesy bus free?
We ask that passengers make a gold coin donation to catch the courtesy bus.
What is the GEM Rewards program?
Our Member GEM rewards program works like any other points program—the more you spend, the more points you earn, and the more rewards you can claim. You just present your membership card at any point of sale in the club and points will be automatically added. Your GEM membership gives you discounts when you purchase food and beverages. Do you have dress regulations in the club?
Yes, we do. Clean, neat and tidy. We do allow thongs in most areas of the club apart from the dining room.

Why is the Ode played at 6.00pm?
At 6.00pm every evening, club patrons and staff observe a minute’s silence while a recording of the Ode of Remembrance is broadcast. This Ode commemorates the Australian servicemen and women who have tragically given their lives while serving their country.
What does the Ode mean?
The Ode comes from For the Fallen, a poem by the English poet and writer Laurence Binyon which was published in London in the Winnowing Fan; Poems of the Great War in 1914.
“They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.”
Do you have function facilities?
Yes we do, we are able to cater for all types of functions including weddings, conferences, parties and special events for up to 450 people. For our full Conference facilities and bookings please visit HERE.
When is the bottleshop open?
The Merimbula RSL Club Cellars Bottleshop is open 7 days a week, and opens at the same time the Club opens in the mornings. From Monday to Saturday the bottle shop closes at 11.00pm. On Sundays it closes at 10.00pm.
The bottle shop is closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
Do you have wheelchair access to all facilities?
Yes we do. If you enter via the Alice Street entrance (downstairs) there is a lift that takes you to the main upper level of the club. But the best wheelchair access is via the entrance on Main Street, and you can park out the front for short periods for pickups and drop offs.
